We know how daunting managing and overseeing your project can be, but we’re here to make the process smooth and easy. 192 Build has been set up with the intention of making everything so easy with communication at the top of our priorities with each and every client. 

We understand it is not always easy to see your idea of your project at conception so we utilise our in house deisgner to make up 3D drawings of your project before you even get an Architect involved. This leads ot a great starting relationship between us and shows you how committed we are to fulfilling all of your needs.

We always operate an open book policy so there are NEVER any hidden costs within your project. We do not believe there is any point starting a project if all costs have not been agreed as this could lead to an incomplete project further down the line. We understand that projects are ever evolving and so any changes in specification that have cost implications will always be discussed and agreed before any changes are made.

We strongly believe that every client is as important as the one before or after and you will always have our 100% attention right up until project completion and indeed during our aftercare period alike.
